Work continues on the new 15,500-square-foot National Bank of Arizona branch office on the northeast corner of 16th Street and Arizona Avenue. The facility is expected to open sometime in February. The Yuma County Chamber of Commerce made an appeal Friday to suspend city impact fees for a year to help stimulate more building activity.
