Friends and family members came by the site where Octavio Acosta was shot early Friday morning and set up a memorial for the 16 year old. The murder happened in front of Cheri Streich's house, the Acosta's neighbor a few houses down the street. A candelight vigil will be held tonight before sunset on the 6200 block of East 41st Avenue.
