Landowners want the county to accept the roads for maintenance while the county says the roads need an upgrade first at the landowners' expense.

YumaSunGallery > Friends and family members came by the site where Octavio Acosta was shot early Friday morning and set up a memorial for the 16 year old. The murder happened in front of Cheri Streich's house, the Acosta's neighbor a few houses down the street. A candelight vigil will be held tonight before sunset on the 6200 block of East 41st Avenue.

YumaSunGallery > Qcotillo Neighborhood resident Lisa Barker said she was awakend by what sounded like two gunshots, then heard car doors slamming and tires screeching. She came outside to see what had happened and several neigghbors also came out at the same time and it was then that they discoverd the victim in the road near the curb.
