A boat full of excited people hold on tight during a high speed boat ride around Martinez Lake Saturday morning. The group was taking part in the annual John Howell Disabled Children's River Cruise that embarked from Fisher's Landing to tour Martinez Lake. Approximately 70 kids participated in the event sponsored by the Yuma Valley Rod and Gun Club with School District 1, Rural/Metro, the Sheriff's Posse, Imperial Wildlife and other volunteers.
