YumaSunGallery > Willie Perez goes inverted and vertical when its his turn in the ring. If you ever watch break dancers up close you can understand why it's called break dancing... because it looks like the competitors are going to "break something" before they finish. PHOTO BY TERRY KETRON/THE SUN
YumaSunGallery > Cris Zamudio, in the tan shirt, and Willie Perez are probably the "coolest" break dancing buddies around. They both work in the air conditioning business, but when they're off work they spend their time practicing their moves for the next break dance competition wherever it may be. Zamudio and Perez were taking turns to the music trying out some new moves they saw at a Phoenix competition this past weekend and making up some new moves of their own. YumaSunGallery > Zamudio swipes the air with his feet as he balances on his hands. He, Perez and the "crew" they dance with have competed in Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside and the two were practicing Tuesday afternoon at Sanguinetti Park. PHOTO BY TERRY KETRON/THE SUN
